Il parco fa parte del complesso di Villa Rizzani, edificato tra la fine del XIX e gli inizi del XX secolo. Si trova a 500 metri dal centro di Pagnacco ed è gestito dall’Azienda Regionale delle Foreste del FVG.
Il parco all’inglese si compone di un’ampio prato centrale circondato da maestosi alberi di conifere (abete rosso, carpino, cedro del Libano, cedro dell’Atlante, cedro dell’Himalaya), nonché interessanti esemplari di latifoglie come una splendida Magnolia kobus posta in posizione centrale, ed inoltre lecci, ippocastani, magnolie di Soulange, faggi rossi, tigli, querce rosse.
Il Parco diventa spettacolare nel mese di settembre grazie alla fioritura del ciclamino.
E’ aperto da Pasqua a metà novembre.
